Brett Investment was established in 1999 by its principal, Jeremy Brett CFP Dip PFS. In 2008 it was one of only six firms short listed for the New Model Adviser of the Year Award (Scotland and Northern Ireland).

Jeremy Brett is the ONLY Certified Financial Planner in the Scottish Borders and one of only a handful throughout Scotland. He is passionate about financial planning and serves on the Scottish branch of the Institute of Financial Planning.

In 2006 Jeremy served as Deacon of the Scottish Borders Manufacturers an organisation which represents Scottish Border’s business and which stretches back to 1776.

Katie Young is Brett Investment's client services co-ordinator and has been with Brett Investment almost since its inception.

Jeremy's wife Shona is manager of the Melrose office, with responsibility for handling the administrative side of the business.
